TabOut provides digital menu and payment solutions for restaurants. Our platform enables contactless ordering, payment processing, and restaurant management tools.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
TabOut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. This ensures that your information remains secure during transmission.
We partner with Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. We never store credit card information on our servers.
